Provide Medical Professional Contact Information
The XLH Network Inc. keeps a database of medical professionals with
experience in diagnosing and treating X-Linked Hypophosphatemia and
related disorders of phosphate wasting. The XLH Network Inc. members
request physician referral information
from our volunteers based upon geographic location. This referral
service is free and available to all members of The XLH Network Inc.
If you are a patient and are aware of a medical professional with
knowledge of XLH you can enter their contact information below.
If you are a medical or dental professional with experience treating
these disorders and would like to be added to our database, please
enter your contact information below and we will add you to our
database of knowledgeable XLH medical professionals.
The XLH Network Inc. attempts to provide the most accurate and
helpful information to our members. We make an effort to suggest
specialists who have experience and familiarity with XLH. We are
aware of several experts in this field, but it is not always
possible to find someone with that level of experience as close to
a member's home as the member wishes, and there are physicians with
considerable XLH experience whom we are not aware of.
Therefore we need our members to suggest health care professionals
in all specialty areas who do have experience in this area. In an
effort to help our members find someone geographically closer if
they're unable or unwilling to travel to those experts we're aware
of, we may suggest a specialist whose name was given to us by
another member who found that physician knowledgeable, helpful and
informative. Any specialist referral information which we provide
should not be considered medical advice or a recommendation.
To let us know about a specialist with knowledge of XLH,
please fill out the form and press the Submit button.
