Informative & Educational Sessions

A full day and a half of sessions tailored to your specific needs. Along with our keynote and whole-group sessions, you can choose from topics such as pediatric concerns, adult issues, advocating, navigating education issues, and so much more!

Networking & Support

Meet others in your area or who share your experience. Learn about the resources available to you and get tips from others on how to support a family living with XLH, either as a patient or a caregiver.

Connection & Fun

Kick back, relax and have some fun on us!  Join us Friday evening for an outdoor BBQ. Then on Saturday night,  we are headed to the Marbles Museum for dinner and adventure!

Wellness

Our theme this year is creating wellness. How do we bring our best selves to the table, both physically and emotionally?

XLH Day 2024 will be held at The Westin at Raleigh-Durham Airport in North Carolina.  Highlights for 2024 include:

Pre-conference informal sessions discussing changing roles and challenges of transition from adolescence to adulthood.

Friday night BBQ event.

Full day Saturday of informative speakers and individually tailored breakout sessions.

Saturday night event at the Marbles Museum in Raleigh.

Informal coffee farewell Sunday morning.       

One complimentary hotel night (Friday, 10/11/24) at the Westin included with registration.

 Free childcare provided during the day on Saturday 10/12.

Admission: Cost is $35 per adult; $25 for ages 6 thru 17; 5 or under free. Family of four or more: $110.

KELLY

Kelly Rushing is serving her first term as a board member but has been involved with the XLH Network for several years as a volunteer.  She has a multi-generational family of others who have XLH, just like her. She loves creativity,  public speaking, and people. Kelly lives in East Alabama with her husband and four dogs. She will be pursuing a degree in human resources with an emphasis on communications soon.
